• Data Room: We assist in setting up the virtual data room required by investors for their due diligence
• Communication: We manage the negotiations and act as client’s representatives
• Eligibility: We ensure that the client can meet the conditions that are needed to get international investments (outsourcing of foreign offices, translation of documents, etc.)
